Well, whether they like it or not, simpering leftist Chavez admirers officially have something in common with a big oil company. Citgo, headquartered in Houston, may be owned by Venezuela’s national oil company, but that is no excuse to use the American and Texas flags to pay tribute to a monster.

Just disgusting.

@talkmaster The Citgo building on Eldridge in Houston is flying the US flag at half mast in honor of Chavez. WTH!

@firehat Yep, just drove past it on Eldridge. 4 flags in front: U.S., Texas, Venezuela and Citgo. All at half. Glad the wind has died down.

For shame.

Hey Citgo @fueling_good – how long do you intend to lower the U.S. flag at your Houston HQ in honor of Hugo Chavez?

Fix this, Citgo. Now.
